Founded in 1989, Tronex delivers a complete range of cross-contamination control and infection-prevention solutions to the healthcare, foodservice, hospitality, and government industries, as well as consumer, retail, and E-Commerce markets.


Position Overview:


Tronex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong E-Commerce background to join our dynamic team. This position will focus on the management, marketing, and analysis of several E-Commerce platforms. This role requires the ability to work cross functionally with several departments to ensure all platforms are running optimally.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Ability to increase sales through product, consumer, & market research.
  • Plan multiple product ad campaigns while managing a digital ad spend budget to maximize revenue on our E-Commerce sites and lead business growth with leadership support.
  • Manage product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing based on market conditions.
  • Create and curate blog content to engage customers and drive organic traffic to the sites.
  • Ensure compliance with all E-Commerce platforms.
  • Track and document sales across E-Commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop a quarterly marketing plan for E-Commerce.
  • Work with the Product Development Team to select and source products for E-Commerce based on market demand and factory availability.
  • Coordinate with the Planning Team to ensure inventory availability and forecast monthly usage.
  • Create video scripts and work with the Graphics Team on video creation.


Job Requirements/Qualifications:


  • College degree in Digital Marketing or related field required.
  • Proficient and experienced in Amazon Advertising, Walmart Advertising, and Google Advertising.
  • Excellent analytical abilities for measuring performance on ad campaigns, sales, and customer returns on E-Commerce platforms.
  • Basic social media understanding and ability to draft and write posts for social platforms.


The position is located full time on site in our Mount Olive, NJ Headquarters and by November 2024 in our Parsippany, NJ office.
