Overview: I am seeking a dedicated Bilingual RN Site Manager to join my client's dynamic team in Midland, TX. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment within their facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the site, including staffing, patient flow, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to optimize patient care outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, patients, and administrative personnel.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Active Texas RN license in good standing.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience as an RN and CRC
  • Previous experience in line management or supervisory role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work five days on-site per week.
