Job Description:

  • The individual will assist in OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) quarterly and monthly reporting. We will rely on this person to consolidate and populate Technology Risk Reporting, obtain additional details as needed, and assist in various other reporting requirements. Reporting will be created/consolidated in PowerPoint from various data sources/reports. Risk Reporting is a main component of this role.
  • Robust analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Basic understanding of technology
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn ServiceNow and Archer for reporting purposes
  • Leads or influences technology risk initiatives and business as usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impact and makes recommendations on resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate.
  • Provides Technology risk expertise while working with Technology teams, subsidiaries and the Lines of Business, and other risk partners (e.g., Independent Risk Management, Compliance, Audit).
  • Executes the technology risk management programs within or across Technology and the Lines of Business (e.g. – Technology and Line of Business risk and control self-assessments and technology quality assurance reviews). May lead cross functional teams.
  • Supports execution of the Technology risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leads in the design and development of technology controls for specific technology risk management program components.
  • Executes the Technology Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Enables Technology and Line of Business adherence with Technology risk management programs.

  • Experience with technology risk within Financial institutions
  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • 1st Line of Defense risk experience

  • Coso certification
  • Analytical background/data proficiencies (data mapping)
  • Experience with KY3P (know your third party)
  • Knowledge or ability to learn processes and systems


Education/Experience:

  • High School Degree and bachelor’s degree in computer science/relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
