Title: Senior Technical Program Manager – AI Platform

Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 – onsite 2 or 3 times per week

Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire


Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our AI & ML platform initiatives. This strategic role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for AI & ML technologies. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of program strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence.


In this role:

  • Drive the design and implementation of advanced AI/ML systems, leveraging technologies in deep learning neural network, knowledge graphs, GenAI, LLM.
  • Drive/Lead the vision and architecture for our AI/ML solutions, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML technologies into our product offerings.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from ideation and data collection to deployment and monitoring.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI/ML to keep our technology stack at the cutting edge.
  • Advocate for best practices in AI ethics, data privacy, and model interpretability.
  • Drive the adoption of new methodologies and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes.
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of projects.


Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant field. Advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of most recent professional experience in AI & ML domains, with a proven track record in building production-ready solutions using deep learning, neural network, knowledge graphs, generative AI/LLM
  • Professional experience with AI Assistant launches
  • Strong understanding of AI & ML technologies and their practical applications.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technology programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Compensation: $70.00-85.00/HR
