Appian Lead Developer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Appian Lead Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Appian solutions that meet our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian architecture and components, coupled with the ability to provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions, with a strong understanding of Appian architecture.
- Deep knowledge of Appian components, including Appian SAIL, Process Design, Rules, Security, and Integration.
- Experience working in the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain for a minimum of 2 years.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into robust Appian applications.
- Design, develop, and implement Appian solutions in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, offering guidance throughout the Appian development lifecycle.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex Appian issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Appian applications with existing systems and databases.
- Conduct performance evaluations and optimize Appian applications for improved speed and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the latest Appian features and advancements, acting as a subject matter expert within the team.
