Position Overview:

This role focuses on selling team training programs to SMBs, helping them enhance performance, improve team dynamics, and achieve their organizational goals. You will play a critical role in building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers, promoting our tailored training solutions, and guiding clients through a transformative journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in SMBs, delivering value and tailored training solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients using various sales strategies and tools.
  • Understand and articulate our training program's value proposition, aligning it with the unique requirements of each business partner.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Promote additional programs and services, earning residual income when clients choose to enroll in other offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.

I greet and farewell people using their name. I always apologize for any upsets first and then look for a solution. I only ever discuss concerns in private with the person involved.

  12. Consistency: I am consistent in my actions so my clients and teammates can feel comfortable in dealing with me at all times. I am disciplined in my work so my results, growth and success are consistent.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience selling to SMBs being a strong advantage.
  • Experience selling professional services or training programs is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and present solutions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and aligned with our culture of accountability and results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.


Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation includes:

  • Commission for each new client enrolled in our team training programs.
  • Residual income when clients choose to enroll in additional programs and services, creating long-term earning opportunities.
  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
