Responsibilities

  • Recruiting for ERP positions, including roles related to SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.
  • Partner with Executives, Account Managers, and Clients to understand their hiring needs and project requirements.
  • Communicate with direct clients to gather detailed requirements and expectations for each position.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, client companies, and upcoming IT industry events or conferences.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for clients and consultants using Outlook Calendar.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams to facilitate client calls and candidate interviews, maintaining clear and effective communication.


Skills You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least two years of relevant experience in recruiting
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Teams)
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive, confident, and polished with a sense of humor.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
