This role is remote, however applicants are required to reside within one hour of Urbandale, Iowa.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from members regarding their insurance plan options
  • Assist callers with questions regarding membership, premiums, and beneficiaries
  • Schedule meetings with licensed professionals when members need advice on plans
  • Meet with plan members to make personalized recommendations
  • Explain different plan options, costs for each, and differences between options
  • Enroll individuals in their plan of choice

Requirements:

  • 2 years of call center experience
  • Life & Health Licensed in: Home state, California, Florida (must send NIPR report)Must also obtain licenses in Illinois, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia within 4 weeks
  • Must have a dedicated remote workspace, 50+ MBPS internet speed (NO wi-fi allowed)
  • High school diploma, 2 years of college is preferred
  • Solid computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, good typing/data entry, ability to toggle between multiple screens and applications at the same time
  • Must commit to the assignment and shifts - no time off permitted during the first 30 days or during November

Work Model:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
