They are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to join their team and help expand their client base, nurture relationships, and drive success.


What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the client’s portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients as their primary point of contact for logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and deliver customized freight solutions.
  • Present the company’s 3PL services to prospective clients, emphasizing value and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity, manage leads, and forecast revenue.
  • Ensure proper service management of freight by coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of logistics and 3PL operations is a strong plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a strategic, creative approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to foster client relationships.
