Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Core Fiber Partners in Berthoud, Colorado. As a Regional Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets in the region.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned region through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and present appropriate product and service offerings.
- Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Core Fiber's offerings and close sales deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or a related sales role within any subscriber-based recurring revenue industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
