Summary:
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, payroll, vendor reconciliation, procurement, and reporting for the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare or oversee the completion of weekly payroll and associated reporting.


Stay updated and communicate with management regarding current and evolving employment and labor laws and regulations, establishing company processes to ensure compliance.


Develop and disseminate organizational policies and procedures to align with federal and state regulations and current accounting standards.

Lead and maintain financial planning & analysis initiatives. Document and implement financial processes and procedures.


Manage the payroll platform and training systems, ensuring efficient company processes and providing training for managers and directors.

Conduct financial reconciliations. Coordinate and direct financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities for the organization.

Collaborate with bookkeeping and accounting teams to ensure compliance with all state and federal requirements.

Establish processes and oversee inventory management and corrections.

Conduct or coordinate audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance.

Receive, record, and authorize requests for disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with banking, insurance, and external accounting partners to facilitate financial activities.

Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.


Analyze financial details of past, present, and anticipated operations to identify development opportunities and areas for improvement.

Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.


Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures and efficient control and utilization of financial resources.


Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
