As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations issues promptly and professionally, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Assist with HR compliance activities, including conducting audits, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
