Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Assistant at AvistaTech, USA. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The role may involve communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The Customer Service Assistant will also collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.
