What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive the success of our F&B venues through innovative promotional events and activities. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will implement marketing strategies that elevate our offerings and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. You will also be responsible for creating engaging content specific to F&B venues, including photography and video production, and directing all branded marketing materials for these venues under the guidance and direction of the Director of Marketing.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Post and schedule content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Work closely with venue managers to understand their unique marketing needs and tailor promotions to enhance guest engagement and venue profitability, in alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement social hospitality strategies to enhance guest interactions and satisfaction on social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for F&B venues, as directed by the Senior Marketing Manager, to enhance visibility and appeal.
  • Organize and promote exciting events and activities that differentiate our F&B venues and attract a targeted audience, following strategic directions set by the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Lead content creation for F&B venues, including directing photography and video editing to capture the vibrant atmosphere of events, under the oversight of the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Manage the design and production of all branded marketing materials for F&B venues, ensuring they reflect the unique character and standards of each location and align with broader marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including entertainment providers and promotional companies, to enhance event offerings, ensuring these collaborations are in line with strategic goals.
  • Monitor the success of marketing initiatives, providing detailed reports on outcomes and recommendations for future promotions to Marketing leadership.

Your success with us requires these qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on F&B, events, or entertainment marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale promotional events.
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies relevant to the F&B industry.
  • Proficiency in content creation, particularly in photography and video editing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders including venue staff, external partners, and customers.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

This is a full-time position working in an office environment that is as unique and iconic as our business model. You will typically work Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, however, work hours vary significantly, often requiring evenings and weekends to align with F&B activities. Work is primarily conducted in F&B venue settings and the corporate office.

Physical Requirements

At ELIA, we are all about setting you up for success The physical demands described here are representative of those you must possess to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.

This is primarily an office role that requires you to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time although standing in, and moving between, work areas may be required. You will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productively machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer, for a significant part of each day. This role frequently requires you to move around our office or our other properties. This role occasionally requires the ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. You will also need to be able to operate a motor vehicle to visit various properties and meeting sites and communicate effectively in person, before groups, and over the telephone.
