Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of HR & Admin functions ranging from Initiating, Improving, implementing and administering HR & Admin policies and procedures, Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees and training employees on the company’s procedures and policies, supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities


HR management:

  • Recruiting and hiring employees.
  • Partnering with vendors to manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Developing and implementing employee policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
  • Developing and implementing training and development programs for employees.
  • Managing performance evaluations and career development plans for employees.


Administration:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization, including managing office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
  • Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures that support the organisation's goals.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that administrative functions are integrated with other business operations.
  • Managing budgets and expenses related to administrative functions.


Legal Compliance:

  • Ensuring all the HR & Admin activities comply with regulatory requirements and laws.



Requirements and skills


  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
