We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a seasonal part-time administrator, data admin, bookkeeper, and clerical support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative or office support role, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include managing client files and documentation, performing general office tasks, and communicating with clients via phone and email.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client files and documentation
  • Perform general office tasks, including data entry and software utilization
