  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep our app at the forefront of innovation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the app meets high standards of performance, reliability, and user satisfaction through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Promotion and Training: Promote the product to sales teams through training sessions, webinars, and other mechanisms. Develop and deliver training to customer support teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor, report, and improve product performance, delivering monthly volume, revenue, and profit forecasts.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 7-10 years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile app development.
  • Experience in PropTech or real estate technology is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile app development technologies (Swift, Kotlin, React Native), backend technologies (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Python), and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud). Experience with AI technologies and tools is a must.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agile Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Real Estate Experience: Experience in the real estate sector or PropTech is highly desirable, providing a unique understanding of market dynamics and user needs.
