Summary 

 

NextGrad is building the largest student recruitment company in North America. We place digital screens (billboards) inside high schools, creating a medium for colleges, tech schools and universities to advertise their programs and admission information to prospective students. 


We are looking to bring in a digital screen operations manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital billboard network. We have over four hundred high schools with digital screens in them and hundreds of colleges advertising on those screens. This position will be responsible for making sure our screens are on throughout the school year, and each college’s content is being displayed on the correct screens. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Ensure all our devices are online each day
  • Manage the content being displayed on our devices
  • Schedule the installation of new devices
  • Schedule the maintenance of devices
  • Schedule the purchase of new devices
  • File new advertising contracts
  • Maintain our databases

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous operations experience is a bonus

  • Competitive pay ranging between forty and sixty thousand dollars
