CONTRACT RECRUITER:


-Guaranteed 40 hours a week - job stability


-High requisitions, high volume: high volume and urgency


-Must be organized


-Comfortable working within healthcare / hospital industry


-Requires a consultative, follow-up, follow-through discipline


-Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track and execute reports to Managers


-Full cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish but NO onboarding required


-Metrics: High volume


-Fully remote - laptop provided, headset, soft phone, outlook, Microsoft suite, GHR, ATS, job boards


-401k 3% match, W-2, guaranteed 40 hours a week, any overtime must be approved by manager, weekly pay on Fridays


-Availability to go perm with health insurance, PTO


-Requirements to go perm: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening


-Reliable transportation to attend onsite events in the local market
