Job Description:

  • Debug error reports and triage incoming issues from AdTech partners/ advertisers, ability to read documentation and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with AdTech partner to clearly explain the ads aggregation service and ability to communicate (written and oral communication) technical issues with the AdTech partners.
  • Work with Engineering team to track outages and post updates to a public status dashboard.
  • Execute playbooks for onboarding new AdTech/ Advertisers and other operational requests for the Aggregation Service.
  • Work Experience required: 3-4 years of industry experience in technical support, professional services, engineering, or systems engineering and 1-2 years of experience in team management and Good to have experience in Ad Technologies
