About the Role

We're seeking bright engineers to join our team as Postsales Engineers, working closely with autonomy developers to ensure Applied's products provide maximum impact to advance customers' autonomy initiatives.

As a Postsales Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Office hours and Level 1 support
  • Bug reports and feature requests
  • TPMing customer issues

You'll work with our customer-centric culture, bringing together product and engineering expertise to drive success.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in interacting with end-customers as an application engineer or developer
  • An acute attention to detail and execution-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills and focus on solving customer problems
  • Proficiency in debugging and working with Python/C++/Linux
  • Experience in QA and a desire to grow customer-facing and engineering skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with automotive OEMs or suppliers
  • Prior work in autonomous vehicle or robotics development domains
  • Prior work in software simulation
  • Experience with simulation software tooling

Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits, with a total compensation package that may also include comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.

Please note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.

For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $165,000 USD annually.
