We are NOT new kids on the block, we have been around since 1995. We have a great track record and stand behind our product.


Pay: Base + Comm


Job Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


BDE’s are solely responsible for identifying, acquiring, and activating new suitable investors.


BDE’s are responsible for following up with all assigned leads by the marketing department within 24 hours of them being assigned.


Dialogue with leads to assess lead’s goals, objectives, risk levels and capabilities.


Educate leads regarding the advantages and disadvantages of Ignite products.


Establish lead records and input associated viable data into Customer Service Management system; use tasks, notes, and descriptive fields to gather information and set priorities for contact. Adhere to established data entry guidelines.


Actively communicate with leads and provide resources to support their needs based on each of the sales stages: Awareness, Consideration, Due Diligence and Conversion/Decision.


Actively promote self, knowledge, and results to establish trust with viable leads and their referrals.


Use social media presence and online forums/networks to increase awareness and leads.


Establish effective processes for gathering data, prioritizing communications, and closing leads to maximize multi-tasking abilities.


Assist leads in completing account applications; upon account establishment assist in identifying available investments, executing placements of funds, and communicating funding dates.


Dialogue with all accounts after initial placement on a regular basis


Communicate, as needed, lead liaisons and fiduciary parties (i.e. CPAs, Trusts, banks, attorneys, etc.).


Convey complicated information clearly and concisely, both verbally an orally.


Work diligently to ensure new account and new money goals are met.


Be the personal face of Ignite Funding; adhere to professional standards of conduct, demeanor, and appearance as you are representing our company in the community.


Be hands on with regards to introducing leads to our company, our borrowers, our projects, and our processes.


Work with Marketing to establish sales and marketing strategies; actively and aggressively work all leads and activities on behalf of Ignite Funding and within the parameters defined by Marketing and Compliance.


Comply with Sales and Marketing expense requirements.


This position does require having a MLO license (mortgage loan originators). If you are not already licensed and you are selected for the position, Ignite Funding will provide the online courses and pay for your testing prior to employment.
