Executive Assistant

I. Job Title:

Executive Assistant for the President of EverydaySpy

II. Immediate Supervisor:

EverydaySpy President

Job Summary:

EverydaySpy is a company on a mission to change the world one life at a time.

We deliver life-changing skills and training to thousands of customers a month and

pride ourselves on building an elite team of selfless heroes.

If you take great personal pride in helping others; if you are energized by

supporting success from behind-the-scenes…

If you ‘live to work’ instead of ‘work to live’; if you have been looking for a challenging

role that will take you all over the world in support of a meaningful mission, then you

are exactly the kind of person EverydaySpy has been looking for.

EverydaySpy is a rapidly growing company led by a fast-paced, passionate

President looking for an outstanding and highly committed executive assistant. The

ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and

executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no

supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, energetic, detail-

oriented, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a high-

energy President.

A candidate already living in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV is

preferred. However, remote work is an option for the right candidate. This

position will be required to work Pacific Time hours.

This is a full-time role reporting directly to the President. You must be willing to work

from your home office, local co-work space, or on-site with the President and be on-

call 7-days a week, including holidays. To maximize your work-life balance and

ensure you are fully supported physically and emotionally in this challenging role, you will have flexibility of your work hours (outside of priority needs from the

President), you will be assigned a premium benefits and salary package, and you

will be provided continuous personal and professional development training.

You must possess the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced

environment, often under pressure, while remaining positive, flexible, proactive and

efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Fluent written and

verbal communication skills (English language), strong decision-making ability,

attention to detail, personal resilience and tenacity are critical for this role.

You will be expected to demonstrate EverydaySpy core values and culture at

all times, as a representative of the President as well as an individual team

member.

Primary Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for fast-paced and complex calendar management, requiring

interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as

consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings;

▪ Confidential support to the President for sensitive private appointments,

correspondence, and research needs.

▪ Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing email communications on

behalf of the President;

▪ Assist President with coordination, completion and delivery of business critical

materials;

▪ Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare

background documents and outgoing mail as necessary;

▪ Assist in financial reports preparation and management;

▪ Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on

issues in a timely manner;

▪ Varying professional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, booking

appointments, research projects, coordinating travel, and HR related tasks, etc.;

▪ Communicate via phone and mobile collaboration tools (ex: Slack app, Google

workspace, etc.) and direct all correspondence to appropriate parties promptly

and efficiently;

III. Company Description:

Our mission is to teach spy skills that break barriers for every person willing to

learn.

Personal barriers, professional barriers, income barriers, social barriers… our only

enemy is limits – the walls, cages, and anchors built by others and ourselves – that

keep us from achievement.

We share knowledge and skills gained through bravery, proven through risk, and

galvanized by history. We bring long-hidden courage, content, and capabilities out of the

shadows and into the light.

Today. Tomorrow. Everyday.

Our mission requires an elite team, and elite teams are built of unique individuals.

So we seek and surround ourselves with a rare and special kind of person.

- We choose courageous people. We do what others won’t, say what others

hide, and go where others fear.

- We choose loyal people. Our success, failure, joy, and pain is always shared –

and we honor the privilege we have to endeavor together.

- We choose reliable people. We do what we say we’ll do, no matter how long it

takes, how much it hurts, or how impossible it seems.

- We choose objective people. We trust facts, not feelings, and recognize that

our beliefs, backgrounds, and upbringing must not distort our commitment to

transparency.

- We choose creative people. To serve at our highest level, we know that we

must constantly create in order to adapt to a dynamic world.

Our team holds these values at our core. They are the oath we make to one another, to

our mission, and to ourselves. And they are the warrior cry that brings other elite

individuals into our ranks.

We commit to continual development in order to unlock the best in ourselves and

each other.

And if you aren’t willing to become your best, you aren’t a good fit for our company.

Because we owe it to the people who give their best to work with only the best.

EverydaySpy is your chance to learn, grow and work with extraordinary people. You will

change lives every day you log in to work and literally transform the world around

you. Our mission started in 2018 when EverydaySpy founder, CEO and former covert

CIA intelligence officer Andrew Bustamante volunteered to give a lecture to raise funds for an inner-city non-profit. The lecture, titled ‘Everyday Espionage: The Knowledge, Art

and Impact of Spying,’ was an instant success and word spread quickly about Andrew’s

ability to inspire people to see the world a new way – ‘through the eyes of a spy.’

By the beginning of 2024, Andrew’s content has gone viral multiple times over.

Garnering more than 60 million views worldwide, EverydaySpy has skyrocketed to over

$2 million in annual revenue.

And here at EverydaySpy, we know we’re just getting warmed up…

An in-demand guest for social media influencers, host of an iTunes Top 100 podcast,

and growing mainstream media personality, Andrew remains steadfastly committed to

EverydaySpy’s core purpose: Spy education to break barriers.

As a new team of former intelligence experts joins EverydaySpy to propel us into the

future, we are doubling-down on what we do best. Our global impact grows each day as

we gain momentum with international news, online media outlets, educational

institutions, leading podcast channels, and more.

If you’ve been looking to join an elite team on an incredible mission with

international impact, welcome home.

EverydaySpy is your chance to learn, grow and work with extraordinary people. You will

change lives every day you walk into work, and literally transform the world around you.

Our core values drive us, guide us, and keep us accountable. We make no excuses for

our mistakes, show our loyalty through both encouragement and debate, and take total

ownership of our customer experience.

We are a radically focused team looking for new talent that will become the future

leaders of our company.

Expect to be challenged from the moment you apply. We value being a small, intimate

team with massive impact rather than a large bureaucracy bloated with mediocracy.
