Job Requirements

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Professional Experience: Relevant experience in business development or a similar role is preferred.
  3. Proven Success: Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective business development strategies within the healthcare and/or AEC sectors.
  4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging healthcare professionals.
  5. Industry Insight: In-depth knowledge of healthcare market trends, regulations, and dynamics.
  6. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems and business development tools.
  7. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly on a weekly basis.
