On Site Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Manage and Motivate Employees: Oversee employee management, training, and development in alignment with client policies and employment laws.
  • Assist in Organizational Development: Collaborate with the Regional Account Manager to define organizational objectives, formulate policies, and create budgets.
  • Supervise Contingent Employees: Responsible for evaluating and supervising contingent employees.
  • Address Customer and Employee Satisfaction: Promptly handle customer and employee satisfaction issues.
  • Provide Training and Coaching: Motivate and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with other team members and managers.
  • Ethical Standards and Compliance: Uphold high ethical standards and comply with government regulations.
  • Equipment Management: Manage the upkeep and condition of all company equipment.
  • Employee Termination: Execute employee terminations with approval from Corporate HR.
  • Training and Development: Utilize company training methods, website, tools, and safety manuals for training and development of new and existing employees.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly visit plant management to assess employee performance and training needs.
  • Onsite Operations Reporting: Provide progress reports for onsite operations as needed.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Promote company by maintaining open dialogues with potential employers encountered during duty.
  • Attendance and Corrective Actions: Update the time and attendance system for corrective actions and attendance-related matters.
  • Company Strategy and Policy Contribution: Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required.
  • Continuous Personal Development: Enhance personal skills and capabilities through ongoing training provided by the company.

  • Other Functions as Assigned: 10%

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School/GED (Some College education preferred).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license for travel to different client locations, as applicable.

Training, Skills, Knowledge, and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environment.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in food production and packing environments.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with leadership qualities.
  • Excellent customer service, client relations, assertiveness, and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office equipment within immediate working space.
  • Some exposure to dust inside the facility.
  • Constant use of hands, extended periods of standing, and 5-6 hours of continuous work without a break.
  • Noise level from distribution activity can be moderately loud, but no damaging levels or protective equipment required.
  • Temperature in the distribution center can vary from warm to cool.

Physical Effort:

  • Bending, stooping, lifting (not exceeding 50 lbs), sitting, and walking.

Required Travel:

  • None

Working Schedule:

  • Flexibility is REQUIRED, including weekends, nights, holidays, and extended shifts to meet client company goals and needs.
  • Starting shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Availability:

  • Must be available via phone to employees and or client throughout the week and on weekends.
