Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal processes including budgets, scheduling, customer selections and updates.

• Key support to project managers.

• Assist in bidding and buying scopes of work in the ID drawings.

• Maintain control of all plans including specifications and revisions to ensure the construction team is in possession of all current documents.

• Coordinate and conduct pre-construction meetings as well as final selections.

• Assist in processing change orders.

• Use Procore software effectively.
