Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Support selling efforts across all channels of trade, to include but not limited to:

  • New item set up internally and for customers, meeting all requirements
  • Customer Supplier portals administration
  • Promotions/customer marketing events set up via customer portals/systems
  • Presentation and sales materials development and support
  • Coordinate display programs and POS materials execution (e.g., Satin trays)
  • Assist Sales function in meeting all customer requirements to sell product effectively and within company guidelines to reduce costs/fees/liabilities
  • Trade shows coordination/assistance
  • Customer deductions/payments/credits verification and follow-up (only if A/P or A/R needs assistance)
  • Sell to/support house accounts in Mass Market & OTC channels (customer list - TBD)


Requirements:

  • Highly responsive to the needs of our customers and Sales team—meeting all deadlines and providing high quality work
  • Experience working in fast-paced work environment and multi-task/prioritize effectively
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills

  • Advanced in MS Office suite of tools and working in ERP systems

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors’ degree preferred


Language Skills:

  • Ability to clearly, accurately, and persuasively communicate verbally and written


Mathematical Skills:

  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to solve complex math problems and provide detailed report analysis


Reasoning Ability:

  • Abstract thinking, basic quantitative reasoning, problem solving, time management.


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is mostly sedentary and requires repetitive hand movements, may require some standing, walking, bending, and filing throughout the day. May be required to lift 25-30 lbs of product or materials related to supporting sales efforts. May require some specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, adjusting focus and working in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of the day.


Work Environment:

This position sits at a workstation majority of time and will be required to make customer calls and/or send customer emails to conduct business as well as connect with employees internally. May be required to travel to trade shows for set up and other selling efforts.
