Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation solutions, including PLC, HMI, and vision programming.
  • Develop electrical panels and configure PLC programs for equipment.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure proper machine control operations.
  • Manage routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment safety and efficiency.
  • Create SOPs and analyze process issues for corrective actions.
  • Author and execute change control and validation protocols.
  • Ensure cybersecurity alignment across systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to communicate progress and issues effectively.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff and technical training as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with GMP/Validation practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and modify control logic and HMI graphics.
  • ARS/AGV experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
