Greenwood Industries is looking to hire an entry level Bid Coordinator based out of our Worcester, MA headquarters. The Bid Coordinator responsibilities will include but not limited to the following

Bid Coordinator

· Working with estimator to submit Bids either electronically or by delivery

· Printing bid documents, plans, specs and bid forms

· Handling delivery of bids

· Attending job walkthroughs

· Maintaining the company bid list and calendar

· Performs other duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Construction background preferred but this role is an entry level administrative position
  • Effective time management Skills
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
