We're looking for a Digital Experience Specialist to join our Newton, Massachusetts-based team (hybrid schedule with three days/week in the office).


In this full-time position, you would be a key member of our nimble and entrepreneurial marketing team improving and growing our digital presence and impact.


Specific responsibilities include:


·      Studying the web user experience (across platforms from lead to conversion) to identify and implement improvements that reduce friction and increase conversions.

·      Designing and deploying web projects within the PSMJ digital platform (including landing pages, conference websites, gated content sites, etc.).

·      Deploying and managing digital marketing campaigns that sync with broader marketing strategies and goals.

·      Performing ongoing maintenance and management of PSMJ’s digital platform (including updating content, fixing errors, improving conversions, and optimizing SEO).

·      Reporting on traffic, engagement, conversions by channel, and other relevant metrics.

·      Troubleshooting web-related issues and managing outside support resources, as needed.


To be successful in this role, you will bring a skillset that blends marketing, website analytics, and project management. You love testing new ideas, understand the end goal of sales growth, and have a good command of managing tasks, deadlines, and resources to achieve results.


Minimum requirements for this position are:


·      5+ years of digital marketing experience (web, social, paid ads, inbound are all relevant).

·      2+ years of relevant SEO and e-commerce experience.

·      A basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.

·      Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

·      Excellent attention to detail with a bias for pro-actively finding potential issues, solutions, and opportunities.
