Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Technology Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Epic Suite Applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT and excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for moderately complex Epic systems analyst issues.
- Collaborate with business partners to coordinate and implement system installations, modifications, and enhancements.
- Perform maintenance, development, and customization of the system(s).
- Process information and maintain codes, tables, and reports.
- Prepare and create written documentation for all changes to systems.
- Troubleshoot problems and questions generated by users via Help Desk tickets or Customer Service Requests.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent education, training, or experience).
- Epic certification not required but a plus.
- At least three to five years of experience with Epic Software OR a demonstrated ability in the past to meet the requirements listed in this position.
- Strong knowledge of the integrated Epic system and effective at performing system build without step-by-step instruction.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
