One of our large national customers is looking for an End User Support Technician Las Vegas, NV.


This is providing support for internal end users and potentially some customers as well.


Responsibilities:


  • Remote Helpdesk Support and Onsite Desktop Support
  • Providing support on Windows 11 OS.
  • Providing implementation support.
  • Providing trouble ticket resolution.
  • Providing basic support of Azure AD.
  • Providing support on Office 365.
  • Providing hardware support.
  • Providing cabling support with Cat 5 and Cat 6.


Requirements:


  • CompTia A+ Certification
  • CompTia Network + Certification
  • 3-5 years experience in End User / IT Support
