Responsibilities:
- Develop and edit standard operating procedures, user tools, training materials, glossary content, and global standards.
- Collaborate with teams to document action plans and ensure SOP compliance through thorough writing and editing.
- Manage the review and approval processes for documentation in our document management system.
- Analyze and update existing documentation in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Organize and manage both existing and new documentation, and provide coaching to document controllers on technical writing concepts.
- Regularly report the status of documentation deliverables to the supervisor and team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced writing, documentation, and editing skills
- Technical Certification desired
- Basic Project Management skills desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No C2C, C2H or similar candidates will be considered.
