Overview

SwingPals, a 501(c)3 organization based in Durham, NC, has been focused since 2012 on improving the physical and mental health of students in the Durham Public Schools system. Through coaching golf, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and physical coordination, SwingPals positively impacts the health and well-being of over 1,000 students each year.


SwingPals will be hiring an experienced CDL Driver. Responsibilities will include both driving + coaching and general bus cleaning/maintenance + golf clubs. Candidates must have a clean driving record.


Experience Required

Minimum of 2 years driving under CDL.


Required Qualifications/skills:

  • CDL Class A/B
  • Clean driving record
  • Some coaching experience working with middle/high school students
  • Excellent attention to detail


Essential Responsibilities

Essential responsibilities include driving a 48-seat activity bus. Coaching middle school children. Light maintenance of the buses and golf equipment. Other equipment. Mostly Monday through Friday (Limited Saturday/Sunday work)
