Position Overview

SwingPals, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the physical and mental wellness of students, is seeking a skilled CDL Driver who will also serve as a coach. This role involves not only driving but also mentoring students in various activities, ensuring a positive impact on their overall health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a 48-seat activity bus for transporting students.
  • Provide coaching to middle school students in golf and other physical activities.
  • Perform light maintenance on the bus and related equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and sports equipment.

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A/B license.
  • Proven clean driving record.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring youth, particularly in a school setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position, primarily during weekdays, with expected hours ranging from 10 to 30 per week. Shifts will typically be 4 hours long, occurring after school hours.
