This position is an amazing opportunity for an Account Manager with at least five years’ experience in experiential marketing, event management and activation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives under pressure, works well in a fast-paced competitive industry and is passionate about event production, execution, and logistics. The Account Manager will be involved in supporting and managing multiple projects/events simultaneously, at various stages of activation. 


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development, planning and execution of marketing initiatives for a luxury automotive client
  • Assist with event planning and activation, including vehicle load in/out, display set-up, and asset management.
  • Conduct event research and develop onsite programming for luxury auto
  • Coordination and management of vendors on the procurement of goods and services, source new vendors when necessary, and oversee the vendor bidding process.
  • Create and manage pre-event communications and on-site registration process.
  • Create program recaps highlighting post-event metrics, key learnings, and recommendations.
  • Ensure all client expectations and objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in researching other experiential opportunities for client as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for consideration.
  • Support GSE Live account team with various projects & assignments as directed.

  • You are willing to travel (and do whatever else you need to do to make it happen).


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating and managing experiential marketing initiatives & live events.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in automotive/luxury marketing a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability and eagerness to travel up to 50%, including nights and weekends.
  • Attention to detail & and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong manager with great planning, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and commitments and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent judgment with the ability to proactively identify issues/obstacles and effectively create solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive and enjoy a fast-paced dynamic team environment.
