Our team members have experience in multiple industries and disciplines across all staffing services. We conduct extensive research to understand our clients' missions and goals, allowing us to create a staffing model that is specific to our clients' needs with a pool of candidates that are familiarized with the work culture and ready to work. At RELY Workforce Group, we provide various services, including on-site management/support, temp & temp-to-hire, direct placements, payroll, drug & background screening, and vendor management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, scheduling appointments and building relationships
  • Preparing proposals bids and presentations
  • Providing the highest level of customer service through customizing staffing by incorporating client needs into our practices
  • Establish new client accounts
  • Participating in networking events and organizations
  • Utilizing CRM software daily to track sales calls
  • Responsible for client development activities, including face-to-face client contact to create and develop profitable partnerships.

·       Effectively sell services persuasively, persistently and confidently to key client decision makers while reaching desired profit levels consistent with established business goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience with a proven successful track record necessary, Staffing Sales experience a plus
  • Experience in outside face to face sales
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Suites
  • Experience with CRM and other sales tools
