What You’ll Own:

  • Strategic Leadership: Communicate seamlessly between all external vendors and internal marketing teams, ensuring alignment and synergy across all marketing initiatives.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the go-to-market efforts for Claire, our AI buyer’s agent, positioning it as the premier tool for home buyers worldwide.
  • Brand Management: Build and maintain the company’s brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and market relevance.
  • Marketing Execution: Design and execute robust marketing strategies that drive user engagement, growth, and retention.
  • Conversion Optimization: Optimize the conversion funnel, enhancing user experience and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Insights: Leverage marketing analytics to inform strategy, making data-driven decisions to drive performance.
  • SEO Management: Oversee and enhance our SEO efforts to improve visibility and organic reach.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, hiring talent smarter than yourself to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • KPI Focus: Drive key performance indicators including user acquisition, user conversion, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).




You may be a fit for this role if you:

  • Have 5+ years experience in a senior management role, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • 7-10 years of digital marketing experience working on products (software based companies)
  • Marketing software products and subscription sales
  • Worked at either marketing / ad agency or a product subscription based software (SaaS/ PaaS / LaaS) company
  • Have strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Have excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have familiarity with the real estate industry and market dynamics.
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
