The Business Development Representative (BDR) role directly contributes to our client success by discovering their needs and connecting them with the perfect solutions. This fast-paced, independent environment is perfect for those who thrive on challenges and relish taking ownership as they fuel our sales pipeline.
In this role you’ll:
- Be a prospecting machine, building targeted lead lists, and making cold calls.
- Use your natural affinity for technology and curiosity to listen intently, learn more about the customer’s business, and share additional ways technology can enhance the client’s business.
- Leverage your passion for technology to demonstrate how our solutions drive business success.
- Use our tools to reach your goals. Manage leads in HubSpot CRM, nurturing them through email campaigns and collaborating with marketing for strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Sales Executives to close deals and identify areas for process improvement.
- Be a trusted advisor and foster relationships with businesses in our targeted geos. Go beyond sales - connect with the local community

To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years successfully B2B technology sales experience.
- A genuine curiosity to uncover business’ technology needs.
- Passion for technology and the ability to translate it into business value.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour plus incentive bonuses and commission
Expected hours: 40 per week
