Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Design & Production Associate to join our fast-paced sign shop. As a key member of our team, you’ll contribute to the creation of eye-catching signage and collaborate with customers from concept to completion. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for design and production, we’d love to hear from you

  • Responsibilities:Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs using Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator & Photoshop).
  • Develop custom graphics for various signage projects.
  • Production: Operate and maintain large-format printers, including proficiency with Onyx RIP software.
  • Handle large-format vinyl plotters, utilizing the Mimaki FineCut Illustrator plug-in.
  • Assist with production tasks and project installations as required.
  • Customer Interaction: Work closely with clients, ensuring their vision is translated into high-quality signage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Administrative Duties: Cover front office tasks, including sales support, walk-in customer assistance, phone inquiries, and inventory management.
  • Complete sales calls, site checks, and off-site installations.
  • Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sign shop environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator & Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with large-format printers and vinyl plotters.
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Preferred:Experience with Onyx RIP software and Mimaki FineCut Illustrator plug-in.
  • At least 1 year of sign production and installation experience.
