Focus:
- Strategize and implement training programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals, enhancing workforce capabilities and organizational performance.
- Design and execute innovative training solutions that improve leadership skills, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Lead and facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops, leveraging both in-person and virtual platforms.

Skill Set
- 10+ years in building, scaling, and leading learning & development teams within startup and corporate environments.

- Expertise in utilizing learning management systems, e-learning tools, and other technologies for training delivery and tracking.
- Ability to effectively manage direct reports, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across teams to identify gaps and drive the adoption of L&D programs
- Capability to align learning and development initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team and influencing across all levels of an organization.
- High degree of initiative and flexibility, well-suited to a dynamic and innovative company environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by the role.
