Focus:

  • Strategize and implement training programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals, enhancing workforce capabilities and organizational performance.
  • Design and execute innovative training solutions that improve leadership skills, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

  • Ability to effectively manage direct reports, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across teams to identify gaps and drive the adoption of L&D programs
  • Capability to align learning and development initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team and influencing across all levels of an organization.
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility, well-suited to a dynamic and innovative company environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by the role.
