This is a hybrid position based out of our Salt Lake City corporate office. The successful candidate will work onsite three days a week and must reside within commuting distance of Salt Lake City, Utah.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners and Product Designers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Product Management:

  • Serve as the Product Manager for Lexington Law, CreditRepair.com, and Credit.com.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements to maximize user satisfaction and business impact.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, business owners, and other departments, to gather requirements and ensure product alignment.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

Agile Practices:

  • Champion and implement agile methodologies within the product management team.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Use insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.

Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.
  • Ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team of product professionals.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships of trust with team members and stakeholders alike.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to thrive at the intersection of business and technology, helping to build an effective vocabulary of shared context.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial services or credit repair industry.
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum or other relevant professional development initiatives.
