This role will be responsible for driving sales growth by connecting with clients in need of innovative workspace solutions.
Responsibilities
- Hunter's mentality to identify and connect with new opportunities and potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold callings to build long-term relationships. Maintain regular communication to address evolving workspace needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and product presentation to negotiation and closing deals. Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop knowledge of our cubicle systems, office furniture lines, and ergonomic solutions.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to continually improve sales strategy and identify opportunities in the commercial office industry.
- Work closely with design, production, and service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Coordinate with marketing to develop materials and strategies for lead generation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial office furniture, construction, design, or other commercial-related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce preferable)
- Able to drive in the Greater Houston and Sounding areas (60%)
