Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers, architects and managers
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning within the engineering organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, developing and refining the product roadmap
  • Architect and oversee the development of highly scalable and performant systems capable of handling a rapidly growing user base
