Odd Notion is hiring a senior graphic designer with experience in branding, production, and web design. We are seeking kind, ambitious, and creative individuals who are motivated to produce amazing work in a collaborative environment.


Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience designing logos, extensive brand systems, production, and web
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of branding projects and brand campaigns
  • A conceptual, strategy-focused approach to design
  • Ability to collaborate and iterate effectively with a diverse team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency and speed in working with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated designer for assigned clients, understanding their specific design needs and delivering high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Create visually appealing and effective designs, including logos, brand systems, production assets, and web designs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, effectively managing client expectations and feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design work
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Interest in front-end development (Squarespace, Webflow or Framer)


Details

  • 20-30 hours per week
  • $50/hr - $70/hr depending on experience
  • 3-month contract (Intent to hire full-time in 2025)
