Role Description
This is a full-time on-site/in the territory role for a Field Sales Representative at Coleman Equipment, Inc. covering a territory that includes Andrew, Holt, Nodaway, Gentry, Richardson, Marshall, Nemaha, Brown, Doniphan, and Atchison counties. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, selling construction equipment, tractors and building and maintaining customer relationships. The Field Sales Representative will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the equipment or construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
