Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee and manage our large development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, financial analysis, and project management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee large development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including cash flow projections, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Asset Management: Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of the company’s real estate portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, financial performance, and market trends for senior management and investors.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPM, CCIM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in asset management or real estate development, with a focus on large development projects.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and financial modeling tools.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
