Facilities Coordinator

Our client is currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator for our leading Pharmaceutical client in the New Hampshire area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Systems Oversight: Manage and schedule maintenance for company-owned systems (e.g., RO systems, process gases), coordinate with vendors for preventive maintenance, and support system operations and servicing.
- Cleaning and Maintenance Coordination: Oversee ABM-provided services, including office cleaning, lab coat services, and waste management.
- Landlord Service Requests: Act as the primary contact for the tenant portal and coordinate landlord-provided services.
- Receiving Duties: Manage incoming package deliveries and ensure timely distribution to relevant areas.
- Procurement Support: Assist with ordering office and laboratory supplies as needed.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred but not required.
- Must follow job safety procedures, attend health and safety training, promote workplace safety, and report potential hazards. Compliance with all company and site safety policies is mandatory.
