Key Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator:
- Skillfully coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers alike.
- Prepare, distribute, and manage employment paperwork with the utmost precision, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Conduct thorough background checks for new hires, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a compliant hiring process.
- Draft and deliver offer letters, ensuring that all necessary agreements and details are communicated accurately to candidates.
- Ensure all employment documents are signed, organized, and securely filed in employee records.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team to implement pay adjustments and set start dates for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Follow established workflows and compliance standards, meticulously managing all new hire paperwork.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed, assisting Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Business Partners in various tasks.
- Handle unemployment claims through the designated provider, ensuring timely follow-up to gather required information from the HR team.
Requirements of the Scheduling Coordinator:
