Home Care Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Caregiver Scheduler to join our team at Addus Homecare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating client schedules to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Home Care Aides based on client authorizations and care plans.
- Manage client schedule changes due to client requests, illness, vacation, or leaves of absence.
- Track and report scheduling metrics to management.
- Process patient authorizations and communicate with central admissions.
- Provide thorough follow-through on escalated client service complaints.
- Maintain accurate HR system records and ensure employee records are current.
- Ensure the appearance of the branch's open environment is professional.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulations and policies.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of healthcare scheduling experience.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
